In partnership with the leading credit reference agencies (CRAs), we have developed a solution that allow customers the ability to grant access to their vehicle finance agreements.

With a main focus of a duty of care back to the customer, they are made fully aware that the sole purpose of granting such access, is to allow their chosen dealership the ability to monitor their vehicle finance status. This status is around two main areas, i) the ability to monitor their current vehicle outstanding balance, and ii) the current vehicle value.

Using some algorithm-based calculations, we are then able to predict, with a certain level of tolerance and accuracy, the settlement figure for the vehicle. Pair this with our other relationships with vehicle valuation services, we can plot a credible timeline whereby we can see when the customer and their vehicle will be in “equity parity”.

This situation opens up various options for the customer and also for the dealership. We can open up conversations with the customer months before we predict “equity parity” being reached, or present tailor-made options back to the customer that suit their current budget.
