We developed a survey Insights module that allows you to do just that. With custom-made
surveys and the ability to create surveys as and when you want, you have the freedom to
target your current and prospective customers, at any point in time.

The Insights module offers the ability to create as many surveys and questions as you want. There is also a variety of question types including ratings, multiple choice, drop-downs, email and phone entry validation, date and general text fields. Plus, we have implemented conditional logic, so you can construct your own decision tree based on actions that happen if certain questions are answered in certain ways. It makes the survey or questionnaire you create quite bespoke and powerful for you to glean the correct information from your
customers or potential customers.

Emails can be sent ad-hoc to individuals or batches of recipients can be uploaded via CSV and sent out via the backend system. The system supports dynamic fields, so personalised emails can be sent that address the recipient’s “first name” and can be tailored to support others that are available via the uploaded CSV.
These are then distributed via email, SMS or push notifications via the app. All responses are recorded in the portal and can be downloaded via CSV and analysed in any analytical
software of your choice or uploaded into a CRM.
